Yoga Therapy
Offered as a standalone therapy or integrated into OT support, Yoga Therapy is a gentle, personalised approach using yoga tools to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Following an initial consultation, your tailored program may include movement, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and lifestyle guidance to address goals.
Community Classes
Hatha and Vinyasa inspired community yoga classes, offered across various locations. Please see the timetable for details.
Groups & Programs
Small group programs focused on nervous system regulation, and building functional capacity are offered periodically.
Yoga Therapy groups also delivered as needed, utilising movement, breath, and mindfulness in a safe, trauma-informed setting to enhance wellbeing and promote connection. Practices are tailored to needs such as anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.
