For Parents, Schools & Professionals
We also offer education sessions and workshops.
These focus on helping adults better understand:
How stress and overwhelm show up in the body and behaviour
ADHD and different ways of thinking and processing the world
How to better support young people in everyday environments
These sessions are designed to build insight, shift perspectives, and create more supportive, responsive environments around young people.
