We offer small group programs at select times throughout the year.

These groups focus on helping young people:

  • Understand themselves and their patterns

  • Build confidence in everyday life

  • Find ways to manage overwhelm, energy, and emotions

Groups provide a supportive space to connect with others, feel less alone, and learn practical tools that carry into daily life.

For Parents, Schools & Professionals

We also offer education sessions and workshops.

These focus on helping adults better understand:

  • How stress and overwhelm show up in the body and behaviour

  • ADHD and different ways of thinking and processing the world

  • How to better support young people in everyday environments

These sessions are designed to build insight, shift perspectives, and create more supportive, responsive environments around young people.
